Introduction to using Loki Provisioning as a server side platform for upstream integration to OSS/BSS.
Audience
This course is intended for systems administrators with existing experience in the underlying technologies.

- Unix administration
- TCP/IP administration
- database administration
- basic understanding of XML and web services
Objectives
This module is workshop-based. As such it reviews the customer’s OSS/BSS systems
- Participants in the workshop will review the following questions
- ability to use diagnostic tools available on each subsystem to isolate faults
- how do our upstream systems create orders?
- how do we use Loki WS for an add? a modify? a delete?
- complete configuration case studies for practical understanding of solution implementation
