Introduction to using Loki Provisioning as a server side platform for upstream integration to OSS/BSS.

 

Audience

 

This course is intended for systems administrators with existing experience in the underlying technologies.

 

Prerequisites

  • BroadWorks-Based VoIP for Developers
  • Unix administration
  • TCP/IP administration
  • database administration
  • basic understanding of XML and web services

 

Objectives

 

This module is workshop-based. As such it reviews the customer’s OSS/BSS systems

  • Participants in the workshop will review the following questions
  • ability to use diagnostic tools available on each subsystem to isolate faults
    • how do our upstream systems create orders?
    • how do we use Loki WS for an add? a modify? a delete?
  • complete configuration case studies for practical understanding of solution implementation
