Introduction
Introduction to key system concepts and troubleshooting facilities in the Loki BPM system.
Audience
This course is intended for systems administrators with existing experience in the underlying technologies.
Prerequisites
- Loki BPM: User
- Unix administration
- TCP/IP administration
- mySQL administration
- basic understanding of XML and web services
- basic understanding of customer’s deploy subsystems (BroadWorks, etc.)
- Loki BPM User (at least Area Managers overview)
Objectives
- foundation understanding of functional role of each subsystem
- ability to use diagnostic tools available on each subsystem to isolate faults
