Introduction to key system concepts and troubleshooting facilities in the Loki BPM system.

 

Audience

 

This course is intended for systems administrators with existing experience in the underlying technologies.

 

Prerequisites

• Loki BPM: User
• Unix administration
• TCP/IP administration
• mySQL administration
• basic understanding of XML and web services
• basic understanding of customer’s deploy subsystems (BroadWorks, etc.)
• Loki BPM User (at least Area Managers overview)

 

Objectives

• foundation understanding of functional role of each subsystem
• ability to use diagnostic tools available on each subsystem to isolate faults
